Divinity Candy is an old fashioned candy that is like a Marshmallow or a Meringue : It’s a light an airy confection that melts in your mouth.

It’s so great to make for the Holidays, you can even add some red or green food coloring!

Divinity is made with Sugar, Corn Syrup and Egg Whites.

Making candy at home is not hard, and this is a great recipe to try, just be careful because this recipe gets extremely hot!

Adding nuts, or in today’s episode Pecans really makes this candy fancy!
