Launching LoRa on Deye Smart TX + Deye Smart Socket. That was harder than I expected...

Overall, the result is good.
It is launched!
However, it took me several days, of communication with the updates, rollbacks, and reading not properly designed instructions to figure out the exact once and forever correct sequence of launching it seamlessly.
Hope it helps you guys and saves some nerves on making it run properly from the first time.

So, here you go guys with the exact steps to reproduce how to launch Deye Smart TX on your device properly:

1. Connect the Smart TX into RS485 Meter port of your Deye inverter.

2. Check if the Smart TX is powered (diodes will light up) - then your cable is able to supply power via Ethernet, no additional power supply is required. If diodes on Smart TX do not start - think of an external power supply, it has to be exactly 5V one, not 9, not 12, not 24... strictly 5V. use either external supply, or use the inverter's +/- supply on 7/8 pins like I am planning to, but once again, in the end it will have to be 5V. so I will use this cable for example: https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_c3xACZwd

3. In the Advanced functions, set3, in "Meter Select" - select Smart TX.

4. In that same tab tick the checkbox "Grid Tie Meter2". Your right diode (RS485 one) should start blinking slowly. LoRa diode should stay still.

5. Go to "Smart Devices" settings tab, select Switch (let's say we are connecting just one smart socket), enter socket's serial number there directly from the inverter screen. Tick "Enable", tick whatever settings you think are required, hit ok.

6. Plug in your smart switch (socket in our case). and proceed with the procedure of LoRa pairing. For this on Smart Socket you have to press the power button for 3-4 seconds, release it. It starts blinking (blue or red diode blinks approximately 2 times per second constantly). then press the power button shortly once, and it runs the pairing mode. After it is done - it will light the blue/red (depends on the time you have purchased the smart socket) diode constantly, and in few seconds LoRa diode on the Smart TX will start blinking too.

7. Congrats, you've done your setup. Play with on/off from the inverter screen, and finalize your settings.

Now you have a smart load which is INDEPENDENT from your Gen-port, and has much more settings possibilities.

Thanks a lot (!!!) to Deye for providing the materials to make this video happen, and thanks as well for the support in launching this smart devices simpliest section of Smart TX and Smart Socket.

CT-01 - smart meter, as well as Smart switch (25A, three phase one), as well as the smart EV charger - all those items will come next, so please follow for more.
