BREAKING NEWS: LA city has raised its income limits for its down payment assistance programs!

They offer $161,000 under LIPA
And $115,000 under MIPA

For years, I would talk to potential buyers and while they would love to use them, they who simply made too much for LIPA or MIPA down payment assistance programs.

But now that the bar has been raised…many more buyers out there now have a chance to make their American Dream come true.
