Partials Jefferson Deadlift 600lbs

Partials rock. I have been using them in my training for the past several months and the positive adaptions have been tremendous. It allows you to work with weights significantly heavier than your normal “full range” lifts, heavier and safely. This is a partial Jefferson deadlift using two rings to simulate stone training. Worked up to a soft max of 600lbs on the rings before my hands had enough.
