This week has been AMAZING! For the first time in nearly two months, the scale is finally moving in the right direction again — my weight is going down, and I couldn’t be happier!

In Week 43, I treat myself to some well-deserved self-care: a fresh new hairstyle, a relaxing pedicure, and even a bit of Easter sunshine to lift the spirits. The warmer weather really made everything feel more positive and hopeful.

I’m now only 6lbs away from my goal weight — it’s feeling so real and so close now!
