The more the economy is restricted, the lower the prices of the stocks. It is good though for long term-investors with time frame of at least 3 to 5 years. You may slowly accumulate funds and do not go investing your hard earn money all at once. (example 1,000 a week rather than going 10,000 in an instant).

For Global Funds, it already went up significantly (approximately 100%) and it may be due for correction. The risk is very high at this moment. Please invest with utmost caution and protect your capital.
