The importance of Sports Psychology is a growing in elite level sport and with it the need for more sports psychologists and mind coaches able to prepare athletes to compete under pressure, train with focus and succeed where others have failed.

Peter Gilmour does not identify himself as a sports psychologist but rather a mind coach or ‘mental engineer’ who is able to provide athletes with the tools, they need to become the best version of themselves on and off the sporting stage.
