Honda Tips: Seat Belt Light Flickering or Stays On. In this video I show how to fix a flickering seat belt light on a Honda or a Honda seat belt light that stays on all the time. Seat belt buckle issues are pretty common on Hondas and can set SRS trouble codes like 61-10 or cause the seat belt light to stay on or flicker. Enjoy!
