How To Beat Pushers - Tennis Lessons
Tennis Tactics - How To Beat Pushers.
Tennis tactics and tennis strategy by Top Tennis Training, in this video Simon and Alex will teach you one of the many ways to defeat pushers.
What exactly is a "Pusher"?
A pusher in tennis is someone who is extremely consistent at making balls, they are normally quite fast around the court and can drive players crazy with their ability to make you hit shot after shot.
A pusher is normally quite a defensive player who "pushes" back any shot they can chase down, without deliberately hitting a winner. They can angle shots, aim deep, as well as produce effective lobs. Pushers are extremely quick and consistent, rarely making errors.
In tennis singles strategy, some of the common tactics that players use such as attacking a weaker side, or moving their opponents simply don't work against a tennis pusher or tennis grinder.
As Wimbledon 2017 is in full swing, we wanted to release a video that covers tennis singles strategy and tactics to help players defeat one of the most frustrating styles of opponent you will face - the pusher.
This is just one of countless videos we have inside our full Tennis Tactics Blueprint course which has helped hundreds of students around the world win more tennis matches against different styles of opponents in different conditions.
