Zucchini Bread Recipe *INGREDIENTS*

1 1/2 cups Toasted Walnuts
2 cups Zucchini, shredded
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. All Spice, ground
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Power
3 Eggs, room temperature (large)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Apple Sauce
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

**INSTRUCTIONS**
1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Prepare a 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper or just spray them with non stick.
2. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the zucchini, oil, and vanilla and mix together.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Add the walnuts and mix till just combined.
5. Pour over the prepared pan and bake for 55 - 60 minutes.
Let it cool for 5 mins. once it's done and enjoy!
