VFR Flight of Chicago Lakefront turns into IFR
Planned to fly our Cessna 310 up the Chicago Lakefront and grab dinner. Weather deteriorated and we ended up needing a pop-up IFR back into ARR and had to climb on approach to avoid a Bonanza.
Cirrus parachute explained...pretty funny what she thought happened if a Cirrus driver popped the chute.
