मैं AKTU का एक नियमित छात्र हूँ। विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा Even Semester Phase-2 की परीक्षाएं 27 जून 2025 से आयोजित की जानी थीं, लेकिन आज 24 जून है और अभी तक विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा कोई **Final Date Sheet** जारी नहीं की गई है। इससे सभी छात्रों में भारी भ्रम और तनाव की स्थिति है।

अधिकांश छात्रों को परीक्षा की उचित तैयारी और planning का समय नहीं मिल पा रहा है। कृपया विश्वविद्यालय Phase-2 की Final Date Sheet शीघ्र जारी करे या परीक्षा की तिथि को कम से कम एक सप्ताह आगे बढ़ाए, जिससे छात्र मानसिक रूप से तैयार हो सकें।

हम आपसे निवेदन करते हैं कि छात्रों के भविष्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए उचित निर्णय जल्द से जल्द लिया जाए।

I am writing to express the concern and confusion being faced by thousands of students regarding the **Even Semester Phase‑2 examinations**, which were tentatively scheduled to begin from **27th June 2025**.

As of today, **24th June**, neither the **final datesheet** has been released nor have the **admit cards** been made available on the ERP portal. This lack of clarity and communication is causing mental stress and anxiety among students across the state.

📌 **Key Concerns:**
- No final confirmation about the exam schedule.
- No clarity about gaps between subjects.
- No admit cards available on the portal.
- Students are unable to plan or revise efficiently.
- College exam cells are also unaware of any official update.

Considering these facts, I, on behalf of many fellow students, humbly request you to:

👉 **Kindly postpone the Phase‑2 exams by at least one week**,
👉 **Release the final datesheet immediately**,
👉 and ensure fair preparation time for all students.

This is not just a request, but a **student welfare concern**, as many of us are struggling to manage with the uncertainty.

We sincerely hope that AKTU, being a reputed technical university, will respond promptly and take a student-friendly decision.
