Sad to be leaving our NYC apartment on the Upper West Side, but excited to give you guys a tour of the place before we move. Our home is a pre-war building located on West End Avenue. It is a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath with a working fireplace, exposed brick and private rooftop. We have been paying $3,000/month for five years and have watched the landlord lower the price to $2,500/month as they seek new tenants during the pandemic. Don't worry... I'm not going far, but it's time to head out of NYC and enjoy a new chapter in life!
