FCA: Why Deutsche Bank was handed a record fine
Mark Steward, director of enforcement at the Financial Conduct Authority, tells Sky News about the suspicious trades that saw $10bn transferred out of Russia, facilitated by Deutsche Bank. The episode has seen Deutsche fined more than £500m by US and UK regulators over money laundering control failings including a record £163m by the FCA.
