Dump Trailer rental check in process with a Big Tex 14LP

Renting out dump trailers requires a lot of data to make sure you trailer is coming back in rentable condition. it is easy while visiting a city dump to collect nails and other debris in the tires, or to lock up the brakes on a empty trailer to create new vald spots. These, and other damages, need to be accounted for to be profitable. Best way to do it is to check over the trailer through and set up a process to do it.

OUR PROCESS:
*take as many photos as you want. more the better*
1. Unhook trailer from truck. Check all connections and chains for damage
2. Raise trailer slightly and engage the safety bar in order to better inspected the trailer.
3. Over look to see if they backed the trailer into anything or damaged the fenders
4. Lower the trailer back down and extend the tarp so you can inspect for damages there. Leave the tarp extended so it is clear the tarp is not damaged for thw next rental.
5. Submit forms with photos and notes so office can handle any charges required or to refund the deposit if there is no damage.
