Acrylic Pour Fluid Art Video using DecoArt Extreme Sheen and Black Inspired by COZ Creations Art

In this acrylic pour fluid art video my inspiration was taken from the lovely Cathleen from COZ Creations Art. This was a test piece but after a few of you lovely subscribers replied that you would like to see the process video I figured I'de get busy editing, so here it is. There was not a lot to this one, yet it took a good amount of time for the detail. I used a semi dutch pour and the swipe technique for the flower petals. A couple of tools used - palette knives and a skewer or stirrer for the little details. I learned good thick paint works best as it won't seep into the black, I will know for again. It did turn out OK but the black took over a little. That being said I don't hate it. Still a long way off Cathleen's wee gems.

My pouring medium for these paints was 1 part paint to 2 parts floetrol and a splash of Golden GAC 800. Next time I will use 1:1. Aside from the back all of my colours were DecoArt Extreme Sheen - 24K Gold, Aquamarine, Coral and Amethyst. The black was Crawford and Black. The gold in the little had 1 drop of coconut milk air serum added.
