Utilizing The P Setting On The Pit Boss Pellet Smoker/Grill For Beef Jerky (The Classic/700FB)

Hey everyone! In this video I show you the use of the P setting in action to make some amazing beef jerky. I brined the meat for 36 hours then smoked and dehydrated it on the Pit Boss using only the P setting for this. The meat for this video was supplied by Happy Mango butcher in Barrie Ontario. Jerky Brine Recipe Used For This Video;

1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of soy sauce (I use a dark soy sauce)
1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
1 cup Dr.Pepper soda
