If you have struggled with the upside down braid and felt dizzy from having your head flipped upside down, you should check out this video.

To be honest I’ve been kind of skeptical about doing the braid with this technique. I just tried it once as a quick test before I shot the video - so you can see for your self what you thing about the result.

I may think this will be the way I’ll do my upside down braids in the future.
