A Preview of Dr. Samaram's book release ceremony. There were a lot of books about science, health, and technology. The collection of all these novels is known as Aadhunika Vaidhya-Vignyana Grandhavali. On October 17, 1991, there was a book release event. This work was published and Sponsored by Navabharat Book House.

The Chief Guest was Dr.P.V.Rangarao, Minister of Education.
Prof. L.Suryanarayana, Vice Chancellor of the Medical University, presided over the book release. Rajiv Sharma (IAS), Collector of Krishna District, and R.P Singh (IPS), Commissioner of Police released books. Books were also released by Dr.N.S.Das, Vice Principal of Siddhartha Medical College. The programme was established by DR.Indla Subbarami Reddy.
