How to make text in Canva double exposure | STUNNING TEXT TRICK!

In this Canva tutorial, I’ll show you how to create a double exposure text effect — perfect for posters, seasonal graphics, and professional design projects. 🍂✨

We’ll start by using the Image Cutout Maker App to create a transparent cutout of the word “Autumn” on a white background. Then, I’ll layer this over a warm, autumn-inspired image filled with golden leaves and trees.

Next, I place a brown version of the word “Autumn” on top of the transparent text area and isolate each letter. Using the Image Blender App, I blend the brown text with the autumn background behind it — giving the design a cinematic double exposure effect right inside the text.

Finally, I save the image, remove the white background, and place the completed text design over an autumnal lake background, adding a white glow for contrast and focus. The final look is natural, layered, and emotionally rich — a perfect fall-inspired Canva design.
