PHILIPPINES BUSINESS OPENING - Kumander Daot and Filipino Blessing (Bulalo and Lugaw)
OPENING A BUSINESS IN THE PHILIPPINES USUALLY MEANS THERE WILL BE A RIBBON CUTTING AND BLESSING!
On this day, after leaving the beach house in Cateel, we head up to Maragusan to meet up with Kumander Daot. Why? To support our friends and their new "Bulalugaw" business opening! This unique Filipino comfort food is a combination of two dishes... Bulalo and Lugaw. I had never heard of this dish until our friends decided to open a business serving it. AND NOW I LOVE IT!!
