My house is full of recessed lighting in them. Over the years, I have had incandescent, compact florescent, and LED bulbs in them. When they were incandescent lights, they were the wider PAR or flood shaped that filled the whole can. The newer compact florescent and LED bulbs can be purchased with the same shape, but the standard sized bulbs are a lot easier to find. Sadly, the standard shape does not fill the can in nicely. That is where the SANSI 6 inch LED Recessed Downlight comes in. This thin and lightweight LED light fills in the can perfectly, and unlike a LED light bulb, this seals off the can’s hole completely. It gives you a clean and smooth look without having to do any re-wiring. No gaps or spaces seen in the ceiling with your existing 5 or 6 inch hole.
