Se encuentra situada al lado de la "Praça da Republica", es de ambiente familiar, está resguardada por lo que generalmente suele estar tranquila. Existe un chiringuito en la playa, y a escasos 200 metros de esta encontrar un restaurante-pizzeria y una cafetería que pertenecen al hotel Mareta Beach Boutique Bed & Breakfast, que te recomiendo.
