Ingredients:
✔️ 4-5 Boiled Potatoes (Mashed) 🥔
✔️ 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
✔️ 3-4 Green Chillies (Chopped)
✔️ Fresh Coriander Leaves 🌿
✔️ ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
✔️ ½ tsp Coriander (Dhaniya ) Powder
✔️ ½ tsp Ajwain (carom seeds)
✔️ ½ tsp Garam Masala
✔️ ½ inch Grated Ginger
✔️ Wheat Flour (Atta) – for dough 🔥

Steps to Make Aloo Parantha:
1️⃣ Mix mashed potatoes with spices, onions, green chillies & coriander.
2️⃣ Knead a soft dough with wheat flour & water.
3️⃣ Roll out a dough ball, stuff with the aloo mixture & seal.
