Melting Aluminum Hard Drives Into Custom Ingot Bars - Aluminum Sand Casting Process

In this video I'll be melting some scrap aluminum computer hard drives and turning them into custom ingot bars. I 3d printed the plastic ingot bars and made a mold of them in petrobond sand. I melted down the aluminum and poured the molten metal into the mold. I only polished up a few of the bars so I could show the difference between polishing and not polishing.
