How Grounding Calms The Nervous System
Grounding happens when your bare skin is touching the earth (or when you’re swimming in a natural body of water). 👣 🌎 If you’ve ever wondered why it feels so good to have your bare feet in the sand or swim in the ocean, there’s a reason for that!
When you’re grounded, the earths free electrons are taken up into the body, which helps realign our electrical energy. Connecting to the earth is free and powerful for healing. ❤️
