Cozmo 2.0 and Vector 2.0 | January 2023 update/refund

After months and months of wrong information from Digital Dream Labs, I finally decided to ask for a refund for both Cozmo 2.0 and Vector 2.0. I am going to share my experience in this video. I have also contacted Master Card for help.
Since nothing is happening with Cozmo and Vector these days, I have been busy doing other things like assembling the Lego UCS Razer Crest, a marble machine with laser cut pieces, building a new white PC and using a new smart watch!
