Treating HIDDEN Rust! Volvo 940
I repair (or at least hopefully slow down) the rust on the wheel arches and behind the wing on the Volvo 940. I also discover where the unlimited supply of leaves are coming from by removing the scuttle panel... and settle on a wheel choice.
