Best Place to live in Dubai? -The Greens and Views by Emaar.

My name is Mikhail Angelovskiy, I'm a Real Estate Professional in Dubai.
My Review for the Greens and Views community in Dubai - My Personal and Professional Opinion, with all Pros and Cons.
Positive points:
1. Build by one company EMAAR,
2. Maintenance - By EMAAR and one of the best in Town,
3. Greenery, lake,
4. Children playgrounds, BBQ area, swimming pool, GYM,
5. Location.

Negative points:
1. 15 years old - For Dubai is considered old,
2. Most of the apartments on Old Greens needs renovation, minor maintanance needed for The Views,
3. Not enough storage for 1br apartments in Old Greens (most of the layouts),
4. In Old Greens for 1br apartments is only one walkthrough bathroom (NOT for The Views),

The Greens: 55 000 AED = 15 000$ 1br
75 000 AED = 20 500$ 2br
100 000 AED = 27 000$ 3br
The Views: 75 000 AED = 20 500$ 1br
115 000 AED = 31 000$ 2br
145 000 AED = 40 000$ 3br

The Greens: 700 000 AED = 191 000$ 1br
1050 000 AED = 286 000$ 2br

P.S. If you decide to live in community Greens and The Views. You have 2 options, more affordable Greens or more luxury The Views. Doesn't matter which one you choose, you gonna have lake, jogging area, greenery, restaurants and coffeeshops, beauty salons, supermarket Choitram, SCHOOL and cats^^)
Do not forget about bus, taxi, car sharing, metro and good location itself.
