Filipino Chiffon Cheesecake | The Cooking Teacher

Ingredients:

Chiffon:
2 cups cake flour
1 cup sugar
8 large egg yolks
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup Mirinda Orange
1/2 cup fresh milk
2 1/2 tsp baking powder

Merengue:
8 large egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar or 1 tsp lemon juice (it's optional, didn't put mine but it still tastes perfectly)

Frosting:
1/2 cup condensed milk
220g unsalted butter
1 cup powdered milk
You may add 2 tbsp evaporated milk if frosting is a little dry
