Hoop Dancer, teacher, architect, and mom, Beth Lavinder shows us how to grace up our weave moves with a technique she calls "tracing". This tutorial, Beth's first, was filmed by Jaguar Mary at the historic Haw River Ballroom in Saxapahaw, North Carolina. Beth will be teaching at the Sacred Circularities Hoop Dance and Movement Meditation Retreat in Sedona, October 4-11. She will also be teaching at SC next July, 2015 in Bali.
