BONNIE & CLYDE AMBUSH

Gibsland, Louisiana was the end of the line for Bonnie and Clyde. On May 23, 1934 after having breakfast at Ma Canfields Cafe in Gibsland, the pair head south where unknown to them a friend was setting them up. About 7 miles south of town Clyde saw the friend on the side of the road, he pulled over and the 6-law officer hiding in the woods opened fire killing the outlaws.
