Fattoush salad recipe (English below)
المقادير :
١ رغيف سوري
طماطم صغيرة( ١٠ او ١١ حبة)
٢ حبة خيار
كابوتشي
٢ حبة فجل
١/٢ باقة بقدونس
١/٢ باقة نعناع
الصوص ( الدريسينج):
عصير ليمونة
معلقة ثوم مفروم
٢ معلقة كبيرة دبس رمان
١ معلقة صغيرة سماق
ملح + فلفل
معلقة زيت زيتون
رمان حب
طريقة التحضير :

١.يتم تقطيع العيش مربعات
١.نضع قليل من الزيت ثم يتم تحميص العيش بالفرن او بالمقلاية الهوائية (يمكن ايضا تحمير العيش بزيت ساخن )
٢.يتم تقطيع الخضار
٣. تخلط مكونات الصوص ثم يتم اضافته للخضار المقطع
٤ .يوضع الخضار في طبق تقديم ثم نضع العيش
٥.نضع الرمان للتزيين (اختياري)
٦.نضع القليل من صوص دبس الرمان

1.Syrian bread
2.cherry tomatoes
3. 2 cucumber
4. 2 Radish
5. Parsley
6. Mint
For dressing:
1.Lemon juice
2.Minced Garlic
3. Pomegranate molasses
4.Sumac
5.Black pepper + Salt
5. Olive oil
6.Pomegranate
Recipe:
1. cut the bread in square pieces.
2.add oil and put the bread in the oven or the air fryer.
3.Cut the vegetables.
4.Mix the sauce ingredients and add it to the vegetables.
5.Add the mix to the serving platter then add the bread.
6.add the pomegranate (optional).
7. Add a little of Pomegranate molasses.
