Yellowfin 🐠Tuna Steaks - Pan Fried Pink

Pan frying Yellowfin tuna 🐟steaks to a medium pink center. A dab of oil, a dusting of salt and pepper and a hot griddle is all you need to make the most delicious yellowfin tuna steaks. Frying creates a true crusting leaving the center as rare or done as you want. I chose to have mine mostly done.
