Deep Dive: Technology Demonstration

We are always pushing towards the next new technology, which is why we collaborated with Woodshole Oceanographic Institute to test out their new AUV Orpheus for deep ocean operations.

All footage was gathered aboard NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer with ROV Deep Discoverer and ROV Seirios, which are designed, maintained, and operated by the Global Foundation for Ocean Exploration in partnership with NOAA Ocean Exploration.
