Hello my lovelies, today I will show you how to make an off-the- shoulder shirred dress for kids. 2 weeks ago I posted the same dress but different sleeves. This style was actually my original design but my daughter did not liked it because she feels naked in it. Anyway this dress was still cute and you can totally make it for grown ups too.
