This video shows first startup of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 - Campaign mode including all cinematics and a few seconds of gameplay for start of the Campaign mode. By default the game doesn't seem to support Ultrawide 21:9 screen resolution, for next gameplay video I will look into settings.
