In her talk she looks at untypical founder constellation: Couples or only female founder teams often face many obstacles when they approach investors to gain funding for their start-ups. Nonetheless, these unusual constellations can be highly successful, and we can learn a lot from them and their high dedication. Prof. Dr. Julia Dittrich is a Professor for E-Commerce and Digital Business at Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences. She has established and co-leads the new B.A. program “E-Commerce” at TH Rosenheim’s Campus Chiemgau and is the Campus’ representative for Entrepreneurship. She is highly passionate about providing the next generation of students with an entrepreneurial mindset and with the right skill set to drive forward digitalization. Her areas of research and teaching center around Digital Operations, Digital Strategy and Digital Business Models. Before her academic career, she worked for more than 15 years as a Manager in international companies, including several high growth digital startups.
