Regeneration's History and the Timeless Child

The old theory video I made on "How Regeneration Works" has been replaced with some more lore added by series 12 of "New" Doctor Who.
The Timeless Child is integral to this revelation of Gallifrey's history, but how much does it really change?
Well considering the old lore only really had Rassilon's uncontested word on the matter, not that much is different. Still, it changes some things, providing the Master's interpretation of the Matrix can be trusted.
