Cheap Easy Delicious | Cabbage Patties

I had some cabbage in the fridge, wanted to use it up and came across this recipe. Actually I did it before but without semolina. So, the dish of the day was Cabbage Patties with semolina, it is a very cheap, easy and last but not least - delicious. OK, dear, if you have some cabbage in the kitchen cook with me. You need:

Cabbage 700 gr
Semolina 56 gr
2 eggs
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Bunt of parsley
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
