Inside a Real Senior Balance Class | Fall Prevention Training

This is a real 30-minute senior balance class focused on movement control, stability, confidence, and fall prevention.

Many people think falls happen suddenly. In reality, they often begin during small moments: transitions, weight shifts, turning, sitting down, or rushing movement.

These classes are designed to help older adults maintain independence by improving how the body organizes and controls movement.

You can follow along at your own pace. Have a chair or support nearby if needed.
