Tension in Kampala after Ugandan opposition leader Kizza Besigye swore himself in as the president
Tension is still high in Uganda’s Kampala city after Ugandan main opposition leader Kizza Besigye dramatically swore himself in as the country’s president. Police promptly arrested him afterwards and are still holding him ahead of tomorrow’s swearing in of president Yoweri Museveni. Murimi Mwangi reports.
