How to Run Google Ads for Real Estate Investors

In this video I go over the exact steps in the process to get motivated house sellers to contact you through Google Ads. If you are interesting in direct to owner marketing, there is no better way than Google Ads.

Google Ads is extremely powerful as it allows motivated sellers to search for companies to buy their house for cash. It allows them to actively seek you as a solution to their housing issue.

Now, there are a few things you need to be aware of as a Google Advertiser. First, you need to make sure you are targeting the right people. We do not want to attract owners who are looking for market analysis requests, we want the owners with a need to sell.

Second, you want to confirm you have the budget to run Google ads in your real estate investment business. Like i mention in the video, I would recommend at least $100 a day starting out as a budget. This will allow you to generate enough clicks that result in deals.
