Can I Stick To My Own Rules? | Thrift Trip!

Stopping my a local thrift store to find a couple items to sell on Ebay and Poshmark. I am trying my best to stick to the rules that I made for my business, which are :Only picking up clothing items that will sell for $40 or more at an 8-10% sell thru, or that will see for between $20-$39 with a 20% or more sell thru rate.
