Paul Frommer: Creating A Language

Paul Frommer invents a language for a popular movie & teaches it to people in blue make-up.

Paul Frommer is a linguist and professor at the University of Southern California. Away from the classroom, Paul created a new language - Na'vi - that is used in the most popular movie in the history of forever, James Cameron's "Avatar." Paul continues to "curate" the language for the many people around the world who find it fascinating even outside the movie theatre.
