The Valley of Berachah

The second part of King Jehoshaphat’s story in 2 Chronicles 20 is so timely and powerful! Instead of organizing the best and strongest army, King Jehoshaphat appointed worshippers for the battle.

Church, our response especially in times like this is PRAISE! It has the power to shut down all the works of the enemies.

Believe that God is establishing your faith and that He can turn your valley of death into a valley of blessing.

There are treasures in the battlefield!

“When Jehoshaphat and his people came to take away their spoil, they found among them an abundance of valuables on the dead bodies, and precious jewelry, which they stripped off for themselves, more than they could carry away; and they were three days gathering the spoil because there was so much. And on the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Berachah, for there they blessed the LORD; therefore the name of that place was called The Valley of Berachah until this day.” - 2 Chronicles‬ ‭20:25-26‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The Valley of Berachah is a Valley of Blessing! Where you are is not a place of mourning but a valley of blessing!

Say, “Thank you, God for you have turned my valley of weeping (Baca) to a valley of blessing (Berachah)”. - Psalm 84:6
