Join us for a journey into the practices connected to the Mother tantras and night yoga. Clearlight sleep, Dream
Yoga Nidra, in the tradition of the female mahasiddhas of India, will be explored and directly experienced.
MICHELE LOEW will guide us in meditations and night yoga practices, and we will gain inspiration from the teachings
of the Wisdom Dakinis and female Buddhas, including the six dharmas of Lady Niguma. The weekend will also include
physical yoga asanas accessible to all levels with accommodations for injuries or sensitivities.
