Shooting hi-sync flash with Sony Cameras and Elinchrom Lights

HI-Speed sync is very useful but has the limitation of being low-power. This means the flash has to be pretty close to the subject. Hi-Sync allows you to use more powerful lights from greater distances allowing for beautiful booked and blurred backgrounds in bright sun.
