Vet recommended horse stretches
Deep stretches are good to do to keep your horse loose and healthy. These vet recommended horse stretches should only be done after a good workout when the horse's muscles are already warmed up. You could also do these stretches if your horse has a sore back to help his back muscles get stronger. When doing these horse stretches, the best treat is a carrot because it is long and can encourage the horse to stretch even deeper. Make sure you do these deep horse stretches on both sides of the horse's body to keep the muscles symmetrical. Doing these deep horse stretches after you ride helps keep your horse's muscles strong and healthy.
