Cape Perpetua, Oregon | TrailRunning, BeachRunning, Giant Spruce, & Camping with my Dog | Episode 1

Gracie Girl and I go camping at the Forest Service Campground Cape Perpetua, just south of Yachats, Oregon on the coast. We run around the place checking out the the trails and the beaches. We start out running down to the Pacific Ocean and check out the Spouting Horn when the tide is coming back in. Then we go back into the forest and check out a 500 year old Spruce tree known as the "Giant Spruce", we then head south on the Oregon Coast Trail and run around Neptune Beach. We return to the campground to cook up some good food and rest for the next day of adventure, which will be in Episode 2.
